It has been two long years that it does not rain consistently in Turkana, a region abandoned to its fate of the north of Kenya. The consequences of climate change are shown more dramatically in places such as the Horn of Africa, which barely contribute to global warming. The documentary visits victims, checks the effects of climate change and analyzes the implications of elites on famines: are politicians interested in their voters being hungry?
